*tomato and string bean salad-$4
plum tomatoes and string beans tossed in balsamic and cheese, dressed with salt and cracked pepper.

celery sticks slathered in peanut butter and topped with raisins, nutmeg, and a drizzle of honey.
meals
*thin crust pizza-$10 with lamb or hamburger $14
hand-tossed homemade pizza crust topped with marinara made from imported roma tomatoes with caramelized onions and peppers and dried basil and cheese; red pepper flake optional.
*meatloaf-$10
ground beef and beef stock with fragrant basmati rice, diced celery, special spices and sasonings, baked into a cake and topped with ketchup.
*meat stuffed ravioli $14
hand made ravioli filled with ground beef, sauteed in olive oil, cheese, and cracked pepper.
*spicy vegetable stew- $12, $18 with braised lamb
carrots, summer squash, imported roma tomatoes, bias cut celery, garlic, curry, Tunisian seven spice, bay leaf, and chili flake, slowly simmered all day and poured over fresh steamed North African cous cous.

*sidi bou yayu (Tunisian donuts)-$1 each, or $5 for 6
donuts fried in oil, then dipped in honey, cinnamon sugar, and spices.
*honey almond homemade yogurt-$3, with bittersweet chocolate shavings $5
jersey milk yogurt infused with almond and shaken with honey.
*poffertjes (Amsterdam pancakes)-$8
sand dollar pancakes topped with butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup.

apple tarte tatin (French upside-down apple pie)-$6
caramelized apples slow baked with a crumbly sweet crust until brown and tangy, vanilla ice cream optional.

ice cream sandwiches-$3 each
baked-to order brown sugar crisp cookies with vanilla ice cream, peanut butter optional.
